Privacy Policy

This service has no accounts and collects nothing that can identify you personally. So even if this service were breached, there is nothing to take. We hold no name, contact information, or address on our side.

That said, this site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically injects a script into our pages that records visits. We did not add it ourselves, so we have configured the browser to block it, and that record never leaves your browser. The tag itself is still inserted by the front end, though, so we think it is worth telling you what is going on. We do not use cookies.

• Your search terms stay inside this browser. On first input the page downloads a static index file from our server once and filters it locally. Neither your search terms nor which petition you opened are sent to a server, and nothing is stored.
• The server receives anonymous usage signals only: step names(visit, search, detail view, share), the display language, the channel label we wrote into our own link(reading back a short word carried in the link itself, not the referrer the browser sends), and the date you arrived(day only, no clock time). We do not read IP addresses, device information(User-Agent), cookies, or referrers.
• The signals above are used only in short-term server logs and are never provided to third parties. To cover running costs we may show Google AdSense ads on screen, and in that case Google may use cookies or ad identifiers for those ads(following Google's own policy). Your search terms and which petition you opened are still never sent to the server or to any advertiser.
• Deleting your record: clearing this site's data in your browser finishes it immediately, since no personal record remains on the server.
• Clicking through to Gov24(정부24), the Korea Law Information Center(국가법령정보센터), or the Public Data Portal(공공데이터포털) puts you under that site's own policy. We pass nothing to them.

개인정보 처리방침

이 서비스는 계정이 없고, 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 그래서 이 서비스가 털려도 가져갈 것이 없습니다. 이름도 연락처도 주소도 우리 쪽에 없습니다.

다만 이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열리는데, 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 우리 페이지에 자동으로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라서 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 두었습니다. 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다. 다만 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어서, 무슨 일이 있는지 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적어 둡니다. 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.

• 검색어는 이 브라우저 안에서만 다룹니다. 첫 입력 때 우리 서버의 정적 목록 파일을 한 번 받아 브라우저가 거릅니다. 검색어도, 어떤 민원을 열어 봤는지도 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 저장하는 것도 없습니다.
• 서버가 받는 익명 사용 신호는 이렇습니다: 단계 이름(방문, 검색, 상세 열람, 공유), 화면 언어, 우리가 우리 링크에 적어 둔 유입 라벨(링크에 들어 있는 짧은 단어를 되읽는 것이고, 브라우저가 주는 리퍼러가 아닙니다), 그리고 오신 날짜(연월일까지, 시각은 없습니다). IP 주소와 기기 정보(User-Agent), 쿠키, 리퍼러는 읽지 않습니다.
• 위 신호는 단기 서버 로그로만 쓰이며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 운영비를 대려고 구글 애드센스 광고를 화면에 실을 수 있고, 이 경우 구글이 광고를 위해 쿠키나 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있습니다(구글 정책을 따릅니다). 검색어와 열어 본 민원은 여전히 서버로도 광고로도 전송되지 않습니다.
• 기록 삭제 = 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제로 즉시 완결됩니다(서버에 남는 개인 기록이 없습니다).
• 정부24, 국가법령정보센터, 공공데이터포털로 가는 링크를 누르면 그 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다. 우리는 그쪽에 아무것도 넘기지 않습니다.

사업자 정보와 문의처는 사업자등록 후 이 자리에 게시합니다.

• 検索語はこのブラウザの中だけで扱います。最初の入力時に当方サーバーの静的な一覧ファイルを一度受け取り、ブラウザ内で絞り込みます。検索語も、どの項目を開いたかもサーバーには送らず、保存もしません。
• サーバーが受け取るのは匿名の利用シグナルのみです: ステップ名(訪問、検索、詳細閲覧、共有)、表示言語、私たちが自分のリンクに書き込んだ流入ラベル(リンクに含まれる短い単語を読み返すもので、ブラウザのリファラーではありません)、そして訪問した日付(年月日まで、時刻は含みません)。IPアドレス・端末情報・クッキー・リファラーは読みません。
• これらのシグナルは短期のサーバーログでのみ使われ、第三者に提供されず、広告・分析SDKも使いません。
• ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すれば、あなたの側の記録はすべて消えます(サーバーに個人の記録は残っていません)。
